Introduction
Chongqing XXXX Company Ltd, the No. 4 unit of the pit coal-fired power expansion project at Chongqing XXXX Power Plant, has successfully passed the 168-hour full-load trial run and officially started production and power generation.
Methods
1.The Primary PU Cleaner was installed at a position where the included angle of the horizontal center line of the primary roller was about 15-20 degrees lower. The center of the blade was in alignment with the center of the drum. The blade needed to be pressed tightly, and the spring needed to be pressed to L77-80mm.
The distance between the horizontal surface of the Primary PU Cleaner frame and the center of the square tube was 120mm.
2.The Secondary Mini Cleaner (rack circular tube) was installed on the vertical center line of the primary roller as the base point, at a position of 50-150mm along the direction of the belt movement. The blade was tilted 15 degrees along the direction of the belt movement and then contacted the belt for locking.
Result
After the installation and commissioning of the cleaner, the conveyor was turned on and the machine was tested for 90 minutes (both empty and loaded). Finally, the cleaner was successfully put into normal use.
