Introduction:

The traditional cleaners were mostly made by customers themselves, using the principle of leverage, the blade was pressed against the belt by pressing the heavy hammer for cleaning. The blade material was often made from old belts, typically the same width as the belt, and installed at the lower part of the unloading drum. Later developments include the use of springs to tighten the blade, avoiding the problem of the heavy hammer structure being prone to detachment. The advantages of traditional cleaners were simple production and lower cost, while the disadvantage was that the heavy hammer structure was prone to detachment.
