During the transportation process of our belt conveyor, if necessary measures are not taken when materials are unloaded from the upper equipment onto the receiving belt, it will inevitably cause problems such as impact damage to the belt, belt deviation, material overflow, and dust which will reduce the service life of the belt conveyor, lower its conveying efficiency, pollute the working environment, and increase safety hazards.

To solve the problem of belt deviation, a highly efficient composite correction device is provided, which can rotate horizontally and lift the support rollers on the deviation side while lowering those on the non-deviation side to achieve excellent deviation correction. It is equipped with an adjustable blocking roller and has strong on-site adaptability. The double stainless steel supporting roller can effectively protect the edge of the conveyor belt. To prevent material leakage, the belt support bed and skirt edge seal work together to provide full support for the belt running in the material guide groove. Thanks to its unique dual-layer sealing pleat design, it not only seals the material, effectively prevents material overflow, but also suppresses dust diffusion. The surface of the supporting bed slide is made of UHMW polymer material, which has a small friction coefficient and good wear resistance, ensuring smooth operation of the belt.

For cushioning and shock absorption of falling materials, the cushion bed has the following advantages over traditional cushion rollers:

1.Large cushioning area, uniformly absorbs impact force, effectively protects the belt;

2.Easy to achieve sealing between belts；

3.Provides stable support for the belt, preventing belt deviation.

Regarding to dust suppression, the dust suppression curtain can make dust settle completely in the material guide groove, effectively ensuring a clean on-site working environment.
