Product Function and Application:
The impact bed is installed at the receiving area of the transfer point of the belt conveyor, which is used to slow down the impact damage to the belt when the material falls, also can effectively protect the belt and delay and extend the service life of belt. After being used with the anti-overflow skirt, it can effectively seal both sides of the blanking point to prevent the overflow of materials and dust.
1.The surface of the impact bar is made of imported UHMW raw materials with large molecular weight, small friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance;
2.The main body of the impact bar is highly elastic rubber, which reduces the impact damage of falling materials on the belt;
3.The contact between the impact bar and the belt is the whole plane contact, can effectively avoid the puncture-type damage to the belt caused by sharp objects falling;
4.The impact bar adopts chute extraction structure, which is convenient for quick installation and maintenance on site;
5.The two wing plates of impact bed are designed with adjustable slot angle, which can meet the angle adjustment within the scope of design requirements;
6.The structural dimensions of impact bed are customized according to the customer's site requirements, which can meet the site working conditions well;
7.Impact bed's load-bearing girder adopts double U steel structure, which is firm and reliable, and can withstand the impact of large materials without deformation;
8.Impact bed's frame structure adopts advanced manufacturing technology, and its dimensional machining accuracy can reach 0.50 mm.
