Introduction
When the conveyor belt is in operation, it may move from side to side. For the safety of the belt, straight metal blades have been replaced with regular metal curved blades on both sides.
Methods
1.The PU blade of the Primary Cleaner had more severe wear in the middle than on both sides. We suggested regularly repairing the contact surface of the blade based on the on-site situation, to maintain good contact between the blade and belt.
2.The appearance of the alloy blade of the Secondary Cleaner had slight concave and convex shapes due to wear and tear, and the belt surface was uneven. We alleviated this problem by adjusting the height and position of the blade.
Result
The wear resistance of the on-site cleaners was becoming normal, and the cleaning effect was better than before. In daily use, it is necessary to observe, maintain, adjust and repair the belt cleaners, to maintain good contact between the blade and the belt.
