Arch Heavy-duty Impact Bed for Mines
Impact bed is installed at the loading area of the belt conveyor belt conveyor transfer point to reduce the impact damage to the belt when the material falls, which can effectively protect the belt and extend the service life of the belt.
Features:
-suitable for hard working conditions with high drop position and large material
-simple and convenient installation and maintenance
-The surface of the impact bar adopts imported UHMW raw materials, which have a large molecular weight, low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance
-The main body of the impact bar is highly elastic natural rubber to reduce the impact damage of the falling material to the belt
-The contact between the buffer strip and the belt is an overall planar contact, which can effectively avoid puncture damage to the belt caused by sharp materials falling
-The wing panels on both sides of the impact bed are of adjustable design, which can meet the angle adjustment within the range of design requirements
-The load-bearing beam of the impact bed adopts double U shape steel structure, which is firm and reliable, and can withstand the impact of large materials without deformation
-The impact bed frame structure adopts advanced manufacturing technology
